Can your PLN be used to help professional development post-course? If yes, how? If no, what limitations exist?

I strongly believe that my PLN can be used for professional development post course. I can develop and expand my professional relationships through the use of LinkedIn. Furthermore I can also use LinkedIn to find jobs or internships as I have previously done with Interior Health. It is a great way to build relationships with others professionals and strengthen your relationships. Moreover, my PLN can be extremely helpful when it comes t learning especially on subjects in my career path. I can constantly learn things and have discussions with people in my network regarding their experiences and what they share. This way i can advance further in my career by constantly learning and gaining from the experience of others in my area of specialty,

Can your PLN be relied on to open professional opportunities?

My PLN can definitely be relied on to open professional opportunities. I have experienced this first hand before as I have used networking and individuals in my PLN to get a job offer. I was able to get in contact with multiple hiring managers for multiple health authorities and have been offered positions to work for each health authority.
